raspberry pi programmer for xmos?
This is a little project i am interested in delving into but thought i should ask around first. In short, i want to see if i can use the GPIO header of the raspberry pi to flash programs to an XMOS development board. I'm not concerned about adding a full xSYS header, just the Jtag component. My justification for this little project is that I want to build an XMOS shield for the pi that could be programmed by the pi itself rather than having to use a separate programmer. So my first question is, has this been done already? I don't have much experience with Jtag but am learning slowly as it seems to be a very straight forward standard. I have looked into openOCD and found that programmers have been made using it and a raspberry pi already (https://code.google.com/p/picnc/wiki/Op ... Programmer) but am battling to find documentation on the XMOS relating to its Jtag/xCORE tap. Any pointers/tips are more than welcome. If this question doesn't make sense or is just silly, please let me know!

Best starting point would be to have a look at the following repository on github:https://github.com/xcore/sc_jtag
