I have a new startkit that I am trying to get running on my Windows 7 64 bit machine.
When I connect the board it is detected by windows and shows in device manager as XMOS devices - XMOS startKIT. So far so good.
If I now try to Detect Connected Hardware from xTIMEcomposer it reports that no hardware is found. Windows device manager now shows the device under Other devices - XMOS startKIT with a yellow exclaimation mark to indicate that no driver was found.
As far as I can tell, at this stage it should show up as a lib-usb device.
Which drivers should I load at this point?
I have tried pointing at the updated drivers mentioned here http://www.softio.com/doc/xmos_tutorial_v11.pdf (xtag-2) but windows say that it could not find a suitable driver.
Help please.
Fail to install divers in windows 7 64 bit
