Cant find startKIT (device manager, or xTime) Topic is solved

Hello,

 

I have successfully used my startKIT on my computer before and have ran through some of the tutorials. Now all of the sudden whenever I plug my startKIT into the computer, the led grid glows in and out in an x formation. When i press the button the whole grid glows in and out. 

The device is not being recognized in device manager or in xTime composer. I have tried plugging and unplugging as well as switching usb ports. The same happens on other computers.

Anyone have any ideas?
