Xtimecomposor can't recognize XTAG-2 in XP

hey,

i was successfully install the Xtimecomposor 13.2.1 and my win XP can successfully recognized the XTAG-2 device

but when i open the xtimecomposor, the XP become unrecognized the XTAG-2 (Win XP ask me to install the driver of XTAG-2)

i replug the XTAG-2 device , and XP can  successfully recognized the XTAG-2 device again

but when i open the deubg/ run/ flash configruation window, the XP become unrecognized the XTAG-2 again  

(Win XP ask me to install the driver of XTAG-2 again ).

so there is no  "Target"    in the deubg/ run/ flash configruation window

what happen is it???
