Does the real-time ethernet implementation support more than one client filtering on the same mac address or on the same ethertype?I just tried this and it didn't seem to work.

Yes, you are correct.

In AVB for eg., multiple clients such as gPTP, SRP, uses the same end-point MAC address, but different ethertype to filter their corresponding packets.
