Hi, I've just started following the xTIMEcomposer Studio Tutorial where it asks me to drag a component from the xSOFTip explorer :-
Click on the Tutorial Example LED PWM Driver xSOFTip component in the sliceKIT/demos category.
I can't find it ..

Just tried to locate the same IP and it appears to be missing in action. Suspecting it got dropped by the tools for some goofy (in a non Walt Disney) reason. You could create a service ticket for this request but the following github posting may also help (posted by XMOS):

As a FYI, ran older versions of the xTimeComposer tools but they are all populated with the same demo IP lists as shown in your screen capture.

The search bar comes up with many hits on the "PWM" keyword so that route may also be of some value.
