Hey,
I want to do realtime scoping with xscope. I have tried using the xTime composer but it seems to slow down when I do realtime scoping. Is there a way to read directly from the usb port and parse the content sent by the xTag? I'm sure there is a protocol that it uses to send scope data but I can't find this info online. Or is there a way to do realtime scoping from the commandline xrun?

Hi,
xscope is non-intrusive and real-time scoping is used effectively in many cases. Would be useful to know more on "seems to slow down when I do realtime scoping"
As rt-xscope is graphical feature, commandline option wont help (its not there). But you may try to use a custom host end point to log the xscope traces in your host application. The application note AN00151 from the below link shows an example to do this:
