Hi Steve, I have exactly the same issue. Did you get a resolution? Thanks, Simon.sisabelle wrote:Hi,
However, when I attach the mic array via USB to my Windows 10 PC, the mic array is not detected. The TUSBAudio Control Panel reports USB Audio Device No devices connected and nothing shows up in the device manager. The LEDs do toggle when I press the A button so I am fairly certain that I flashed the array correctly.

Update: I opened a support ticket and was told to contact the distributor.

The XE you sent over fails to enumerate on my Mac. What software version download are you building/running? I would expect 6.15 or 6.19 based on what is available from Xmos.com

Hi,
I am also facing similar problem. The Xcore microphone array is not detected - XP-USB-MIC-UF216, UK_1728_0551.
I even don't have older version working board.
I have downloaded software version 6.15, which is available on Xmos website.
Please provide solution to proceed.
Thanks,
Bhanu

The board requires 6.19+ firmware version.

Download "sw_usb_audio-[sw]_6.15.2rc1.zip" from the below link
http://www.xmos.com/support/software/uac2
And replace module_xud with the below one
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing
Then generate "app_usb_aud_mic_array_2i8o2.xe" firmware file with the above combination using xtimecomposer
Now you must be able to find XMOS USB 2.0 audio device on your windows PC.
Note: Makesure you have installed windows driver from the below link (TUSBAudio control panel)

Hello All,
I am having this same issue on Ubuntu 14.04. Oddly enough it used to work, but I haven't tried it in a while. Just today I tried it (even used the binary that worked months ago) and my system is not seeing the xmos device.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
cheers,
Bill
