New Shift Register Expansion App Note Added

There is a new app-note document available on the XMOS website, entitled "Shift Register Expansion Of XMOS XS1 Devices".

It explains how to use cheap and simple shift registers to expand the I/O capabilities of an XMOS device when you have run out of pins. This especially useful for driving arrays of things like LEDs (up to chains of ~300) and buttons.
