please fix the MathJax configuration in documentation!

whenever you go to a documentation page for the code on github, like this one, it pops up this stupid little bubble without any way of reprieve.

MathJax no longer loads a default configuration file; you must specify such files explicitly. This page seems to use the older default config/MathJax.js file, and so needs to be updated. This is explained further at

please, someone fix it.
