because I want to use it in G4 dev. board

What G4 board are you using? Currently XMOS does not provide any separate ULPI phy modules.

We have used some in the past for evaluating Phys, I suspect you would need to be careful with signal integrity though.

I believe the only XMOS originated G4 board with a USB phy is the XDK.
