Hi there,
I followed the instructions in the pdf file "USB Audio 2.0 MC Reference Design Quick Start" and want to play audio on this board. However, when I played audio from computer, I could hear sound from computer, but no sound from the board. The audio signal should have been trasmitted from computer to the board through the USB 2.0 cable, right?
I checked the playback device of my computer (please see the attachment). In the file "USB Audio 2.0 MC Reference Design Quick Start", it says USB Audio Class 2.0 driver is not needed for Linux system. Does anyone know what the problem is?
By the way, I loaded the firmware on the board, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly. The procedure about how I loaded can be found here:

Thank you for your help!
How to play audio using board(USB Audio 2.0 MC)?

I've followed the instructions in the pdf file "USB Audio 2.0 MC Reference Design Quick Start" exactly as you did, and tried playing audio on this board and I was able to hear the audio from the board. I've used the exact same setup as yours.
My OS- ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64-bit
Tools Version- xTIMEcomposer Community 13.2.2
Hardware platform- XR-USB-2.0-MC
Firmware- USB-Audio-2.0-Device-Software(6.11.3-latest firmware available on the website)
I used foobar 2000v 1.3.8 to play a 24-bit sin signal. I was able to hear the audio through the board. I've attached a file containing the screenshots of the XTC setup. To run foobar you will require a windows program loader, I've used wine.
Could you tell me your OS details , tools version, firmware version etc. ?
