XTAG3 vs XTAG2 ?

XTAG3 vs XTAG2 ?

XTAG-3 is 100% compatible with XTAG2?I see the difference in pin 2 - TRST_N in XTAG2 and MSEL in XTAG3, or this is just name changed?Thank you.

Yes, XTAG2 and XTAG3 are pin compatible. MRST and TRST is only a name change.
