How do you output data from ADC startkit example?

Hey XMOS Exchange, 

 

I'm a student new to programming with XMOS devices and was working on a project that involves the ADC on the Xmos Startkit. I was wondering if anyone could help me output data coming from the ADC ports. I'm extremely sorry if this sounds stupid, I'm an amatuer programmer.
