AVB Daisy Chain Number of Listener Channels

Hi,

I am having a question about increasing the number of possible channels for the XMOS Daisy Chaining board from 4 to 8 per stream. I will only be using the DC board as a listener which should receive a 8 ch stream from the XMOS AVB LC Endpoint. Is it possible to delete the talker function and to use the free capacity for more listener channels?

Anyone having an idea? I would guess it is possible by reordering threads and not using the talker functionality.
