lib_i2c v4.0.0 released

Version 4.0.0 of the I2C library (lib_i2c) includes a fix to the problem in previous versions where the I2C Slave worked incorrectly.

Previous versions of the library are still available in xTIMEcomposer Studio to maintain compatibility with existing applications, but the only version available on xmos.com will be v4.0.0 (or later).
