Hello Daniel
Three xCORE VocalFusion Kits for Smart Microphone development are available:
xCORE VocalFusion™ 4-Mic Kit for AVS
xCORE VocalFusion™ Speaker: Circular [USB | I2S]
xCORE VocalFusion™ Speaker: Linear [USB | I2S]
The all have very similar performance.
The key question is: What topology is required?
If the VUI is located on a wall, it covers a 180 degree range.
In this case you would use a linear array.
Otherwise use the circular microphone array which covers a 360 degree range.
Note also: Even though the Circular Array HW has 7 microphones on it, only four of them are used.
See the board support page for more information: https://www.xmos.com/support/boards-selector
The Product Brief is usually a good start.
Regards, /T

Hello Thomas,
thanks for responge, I do not get an E-Mail that you have answerd.
I have a requirement that it works in a room with 3 secound reverberation time.
I bought the xCORE VocalFusion™ 4-Mic Kit for AVS for the first hardware setup I see that my linux system do not recognize the xCORE VocalFusion™ 4-Mic Kit for AVS as an microphone but I need that to do some acoustic tests.
Best Regards
Daniel
