XU208 DAC/ADC buffer size

All,

So I have 128K of memory and using less than 1/2 of that for a UAC2 DAC output and wondering if it is possible to increase the buffer sizes on the I2S side to make the product more robust when the computer has a mishap?

I see these references in audio_buffer.xc:

#define BUFFER_SIZE_OUT (1028 >> 2)
#define BUFFER_SIZE_IN (1028 >> 2)

But I don't think these are the circular buffers for I2S or maybe they are... but they seem a bit small even at 32bits or one sample.
