I happened to notice that the new XCORE.AI Chips (XS3 architecture) are now listed on futureelectronics.com. They are not yet "in stock", but you can see the expected prices anyway. I wish they had an ETA, but no sign yet.
Sadly, minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary from 152 to 416... maybe they are just trying to attract large bulk orders in advance of release. In the past I have bought XS2-series chips from Future Electronics at minimum order quantity 1. Maybe once they are in stock they will drop the MOQ to 1? Here's hoping...
Otherwise, maybe we can pull together a multi-thousand-dollar group buy...

Digikey has one variant of the XS3 now. The BGA XU316-1024-FB265-C24
0 stock currently. Fortunately MOQ of 1. 12 week lead time. $43.25 USD for quantity of 1.

I'd also be interested in seeing stock of the XS3 development kit (xcore.ai Explorer). A lot of designers would be reluctant to lay out a board without having first had a play around with a dev kit.

Does anyone know where an Explorer board or other reference design for XS3 / xcore.ai can be purchased?
