1 XDK + 2 (old XC-1) - HELP I need a GURU!

I'm thinking of connecting 2 XC-1 to an XDK as 2 "co-processors".
The main idea is to equip the XC-1 with LVDS chips and RJ-45 contacts so the X-LINK can be connected via crossed network cables.

But what about the JTAG, and the JTAG steering on the XDK?
The solution should be able to load a program to all 3 G4 from the Flash on the XDK in standalone mode, and of course it would be nice to be able to run and debug the thing "as usual" from XDE with an modified .xn file.

Can anyone give me a block-diagram of the setup ? (I hope I can reach the pins (Balls) on the card that are needed, but I'm willing to de-solder the FTDI chip if necessary.
