I have some board with C10, are any changes required to use C10A?

The A suffix on these parts indicates it contains a different integrated QSPI flash.
Original parts contain an ISSI IS25LQ016B device.
A suffix parts contain an ISSI IS25LP016D device.
These parts are near identical but do a have a difference in their device ID values such that some legacy DFU routines may not recognise the new flash. This is explained in the design advisory.
Here's a link to the design advisory.

Certainly no hardware changes would be needed, but, depending on the application, a minor firmware change might be required to support DFU.
Cheers,
Joe
