Are there any planned development boards for the new analogue xmos devices to become available in the UK?
Something along the lines of the XC-1A kit with prototyping area and more general header locations for interconnects would be very useful for early prototyping.
The compactness of bga is great for product, but is a severe nuisance for initial dev. The xmos ground/heatsink pad under the ic using pcb copper for heat loading is also an excellent way to do things, but something of a nuisance when working with padboard type prototyping.
Dev boards for the recent xcore with A/D conversion.

Yes I am glad to say that we already have a development scheduled to create a sliceKIT development system based around the xCore-Analog series, to support rapid prototyping.
This project is currently in the planning phase and we expect to have the product available later in the year. Keep an eye on www.xmos.com for the announcement
