Hello. I've got one of these:

It outputs (RCA) video. I'm going to need an ADC to connect it to the XMOS chip, right? Not sure what I want to do with the data yet, but would like some advice on which to use.

Some people have got them working with other MCUs.
Your camera will be quite difficult to interface, you will need a fast ADC to digitise the video signal, although you could capture single frames quite easily with a slow ADC. You will also need to extract the sync pulses.
